Peace of Mind:
You have one less worry with our planned service agreement program. You receive two (2) scheduled safety and maintenance inspections each year. We maintain a chronological performance record of your heating and cooling system and you receive a full inspection report in writing after each inspection to keep you informed of the condition of your equipment.
Convenience:
Brennan’s office staff is the best in the business and is available to answer all your heating and cooling questions or concerns. Don’t hesitate to call for advice or stop by the office with your questions.
No Hassle Scheduling:
We value your time. With our planned service agreement customers we try to schedule routine inspections around your schedule. Need special attention? You got it! Our administrative staff will find a way to meet your schedule.
Priority Service:
Heating and cooling systems have a way of breaking down when the weather is at it’s worst, on the coldest night of winter or during a summer heat wave. Our service agreement customers will always receive priority service.
Choice of Programs:
You select the program that best suits your needs. We offer two separate plans. Plan “A” is very popular and will provide you with two inspections each year, priority service, and a 10% discount on parts. Plan “B” will provide you with the same coverage, however it offers labor coverage for most repairs.
