The entire experience with Brennan’s has been excellent. It started with the knowledge and helpfulness of Adam the technician who diagnosed the problem and presented the options that were available to me. Billy Moore and his staff designed a system to fit my needs and my budget. The installation technicians Anthony and Danny did a great job explaining the new unit, explaining the new thermostat and they made sure the everything was left in a clean and neat manner. Billy Moore came by after the work was done to make sure it was done correctly and answer all of my other questions. I would highly recommend Brennan’s for any of Heating and Air Conditioning needs. I highly recommend Brennan's Heating and A/C. My (then) maintenance service provider attempted to address an ongoing furnace problem. After the 3rd visit, they recommended a furnace replacement and provided me a quote. I exercised due diligence and sought a second quote from Brennan’s. I am extremely happy that I did. Brian (a highly experienced technician) examined my system. In addition to identifying the specific furnace problem, he pointed out a contributing plumbing problem to address before replacing the system. He explained the options and provided me a very competitive quote for replacement. The installers, Edwin and Desmond, were superb! They were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They efficiently and effectively installed my new system. They were very courteous and left the site very clean. Kudos to both of them. Additionally, thanks to Bill who made a special trip to my house to address a “late add” to the project. He ensured the materials were properly ordered and received by Edwin and Desmond. I have been a customer of Brennans for a few years and have always been totally satisfied. All of their service and repair men have been punctual and polite. Today Rick came and serviced my air conditioner/heating unit. A very nice young man who did a great job and took his time to answer my questions thoroughly and easy to understand.
