Brennan's Heating & Air Conditioning Reviews

I have used Brennan’s for several years - selected based on excellent reviews and recommended by a coworker. Prior to that I selected HVAC companies at random. Brennan's phone staff and technicians have always been friendly and professional. Service has been top notch. There is a clear difference between getting service from a company and feeling like you the company also cares. Brennan’s is the latter. They contact me to make it easy to keep maintenance agreements and seasonal inspections are completed. Yesterday, they installed a new heat pump system. Before the day was over, they emailed me my warranty - THEY registered my equipment for me.
It has been like that with Brennan’s since day 1. I have no reason to look for another HVAC company since I've been with them.

We have used Brennan’s for our HVAC for over 15 years. Based on Brian and Joe’s recommendations, we just had our outside heat pump replaced with a more efficient system plus a WiFi thermostat. They did not pressure us in the slightest to also replace the inside unit, although it is aging (well). Installation was excellent. Danny and Kyle were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. The removal/install had minimal impact on our property, and Danny was especially ready and willing to answer any questions we had. A job well done by all.
