Brennan's Heating & Air Conditioning Reviews

We have used Brennan’s for our HVAC for over 15 years. Based on Brian and Joe’s recommendations, we just had our outside heat pump replaced with a more efficient system plus a WiFi thermostat. They did not pressure us in the slightest to also replace the inside unit, although it is aging (well). Installation was excellent. Danny and Kyle were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. The removal/install had minimal impact on our property, and Danny was especially ready and willing to answer any questions we had. A job well done by all.

We were in search of a reputable company with good reviews after a bad experience with Mann-Inn. After meeting w/ John for an estimate, I was impressed with his vast knowledge, courtesy, thoroughness and honesty. So much so, that I decided not to shop around and just go with John. He was so detailed-oriented taking photos and annotating measurements unlike any other. Brennan's team showed up promptly, worked diligently, did an excellent job and were very friendly. It's been 3 months since our HVAC was replaced and we could not be happier. Liz even went ahead and completed the registration for our warranty, which was above and beyond our expectations. We recently used Brennan’s to install a new HVAC/heat pump system. Our salesperson, John, was great. He was honest and had a no pressure approach which I appreciated. He offered us 3 quotes for different systems and the prices were reasonable and competitive. Our installation was fairly simple. Our installers explained the process and cleaned up the area after the installation was complete. It’s been a few weeks at this point with our new system and we have no complaints. Read Less
