Brennan's Heating & Air Conditioning Reviews

We have used Brennan’s for our HVAC for over 15 years. Based on Brian and Joe’s recommendations, we just had our outside heat pump replaced with a more efficient system plus a WiFi thermostat. They did not pressure us in the slightest to also replace the inside unit, although it is aging (well). Installation was excellent. Danny and Kyle were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. The removal/install had minimal impact on our property, and Danny was especially ready and willing to answer any questions we had. A job well done by all.

I've been a very happy, long term customer of Brennan's HVAC for many years. They maintained my prior (original builder) system and did a full furnace/AC replacement about 2 years ago. They are consistently professional, honest and pleasure to work with. Hayden came out yesterday to do my Spring Maintanence service and was beyond thorough. The technicians are always courteous and fully explain all services conducted. Another great thing worth mentioning is that the office calls ahead of the appointment to alert you when the techs will arrive. Exceptional customer service all around! Read Less
